Davani & Co. was founded to raise the bar in commercial construction. After two decades in the field—including architectural drafting and subcontracting for the Irvine Company—founder Armin Ghamari envisioned a company built on integrity, precision, and trust.

Armin Ghamari
CEO
Armin Ghamari is a detail-oriented construction strategist with a proven track record of delivering precision-built commercial spaces for some of Southern California’s most discerning clients. Known for his hands-on planning and value engineering expertise, Armin visualizes each project from concept to completion—anticipating roadblocks, optimizing resources, and driving excellence across every phase.
With a reputation for excellence, Armin has led the successful execution of projects for organizations including the Irvine Company, PMA, Gensler, WareMalcomb, and HLW. Mr. Ghamari has been involved with the development projects such as the Deleon Tequila Headquarters in Beverly Hills, Siemens HQ in Cerritos, Entrepreneur Media HQ, and the reimagining of 888 S. Figueroa in Downtown Los Angeles.
Armin’s leadership philosophy is simple: deliver work that reflects integrity, loyalty, and a commitment to quality beyond expectations. Financial expert with deep construction insight. Nancy Bai is a person of utmost integrity and highest value and care. Nancy Bai has been involved in the construction industry since 1996, bringing a diverse background in construction management, interior design, and international purchasing. She earned her contractor’s license in 2003, followed by an interior design certificate in 2005 and an accounting certificate in 2006. As the Office Manager of DAVANI & CO., Nancy’s deep understanding and experience in construction, accounting and finance, coupled with her attention to detail, enable her to expertly manage and oversee complex project finances and documentation delivery, consistently ensuring quality outcomes that align with diverse project budgets.
